Cathy leads is the Senior Director of Women’s Leadership and DEI at the American Banker’s Association and the former Vice President and General Counsel of a Fortune 500 business where she founded her company’s diversity and inclusion initiative. She is the co-host of the Parity Podcast which offers concrete solutions to accelerate gender parity. Cathy helps organizations with their Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) strategies, and is a frequent speaker on topics such as building inclusive cultures, disrupting bias, creating diverse teams, and allyship. Tired of hearing about pitiful metrics for women at the top level of organizations, Deborah is laser-focused on women and men working together to change the status quo. She believes the Parity Prescription is the first step along the path. Deborah is a Partner at an AmLaw 100 law firm, an intellectual property litigator, and a first-chair advocate for women wherever she goes. She has served on committees and been on the board of several women’s organizations, including in the role of President. When asked to share her experiences with up and coming women in tech and the law, she is committed to always saying yes.
